Cooking with Claud: Lemon Bars

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
¾ cup of butter
4 eggs (lightly beaten)
1/5 cups granulated sugar
¼ cup of half & half, light cream, skim milk (whatever you prefer)
1 tablespoon of lemon peel (fresh preferred — can use lemon juice if needbe)

Bake 350 degrees 18-20 minutes for crust
