Cooking with Claud: Rice Pudding with Raspberry Sauce

RICE PUDDING:
– Get a medium bowl –

3 eggs lightly beaten
1/5 cups of milk
1 cup of sugar
Teaspoon of vanilla
1.5 cup of cooked rice
Handful of raisins
Handful of craisins
A dash of cinnamon

Whisk it all together – then pour all into a baking dish
Bake 325 degrees – leave in for about 20 minutes or until golden brown

SAUCE:

3 cups of raspberries
Smidge of sugar
Teaspoon of corn starch

Blend together and layer on top of rice pudding
