Cooking with Claud: Kugel

1. Egg noodles boiled and drained – then put in greased casserole dish
2. 1-1 ½ sticks of butter added
3. Add crushed pineapple (1 can and only half juice with fruit)
4. Add raisins 
5. In separate bowl, put 6 eggs, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 cup sour cream. Mix then pour over kugel and mix everything together
6. Top with cinnamon
7. Bake for about an hour at 350 degrees (check on it periodically)
