Cooking with Claud: Swordfish

A pan-fried swordfish steak garnished with lemon wedges and chives

Cooking with Claud: Swordfish

1. Rinse and drain your fish then put in baking dish.
2. Bake at 350 degrees and cook for about 20 minutes or until flaky.
3. In a separate bowl, mix:
– 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 
– Capers
– Dill
– 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
– Lemon peel
– Pepper
4. Put dressing on the fish and continue to cook fish for 15 minutes.
5. Then broil for about 2-3 minutes or until crisped topping.Update Description
