— Olive oil
— 2-3 lbs of roast beef
— 2 beef bouillon cubes
— Worcestershire sauce
— Dried basil
— 1/2 cup flour
— 1 cup of water
1. Cook roast beef in olive oil until brown on all sides
2. Crush beef bouillon cubes and put into pan.
3. Mix together worcestershire sauce, basil, water and flour and add to the pan until it boils.
4. Add meat back to the gravy and leave on simmer for about an hour.
