Cooking with Claud: Bruschetta

INGREDIENTS:
— 2-3 cups of chopped tomatoes
— 1-2 tablespoons of chopped red onion
— 1 tablespoon of fresh basil
— 1 tablespoon of fresh chives
— 1 tablespoon of olive oil
— 1-2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
— 1-2 tablespoons of minced garlicRECIPE:
— Mix all ingredients together
— If you want to make crackers fresh, use french bread
— Cut bread into small cracker-sized pieces and spread olive oil on the bread.
— Broil bread until crisp, flip and take out when satisfied
