Melissa in the Morning: New Speeding Enforcement

The Connecticut Department of Transportation, state police and local law enforcement are working together to crack down on excessive speeding on our roadways. But this time, the focus is on rural roads across the state. Right now, through the end of May, a new initiative is detecting speeders and educating them on the dangers of putting the pedal to the metal. We got the scoop from Connecticut State Police Sgt. Christine Jeltema.
