Meet Rookie. He is a 4 month old dachshund mix. He came to the Connecticut Humane Society over the weekend and has really been a fun dog to be with. He seems to love attention, very playful and appropriate with kids! He would make a great addition to any home. Do keep in mind he is a puppy and will need training and some patience while he figures out how to navigate the world. He has been around dogs and other animals but the Connecticut Humane Society would still like to introduce him to your dog if you already have one to make sure they are a good fit.
