! Meet Peanut (orange) and Butter (tiger/white). They are both 1-year-old male brothers! We aren’t sure if they are from the same litter but are from the same home and need to go home together. Both boys are in foster now and their foster parent says that Butter is shy and took longer to warm up but when he does “he is such a sweet boy!” while Peanut walked in to her home more confident.  They have lived with other cats and a small very senior dog who left them alone, here at the shelter when they saw an

more active dog walk passed them they were very scared so they may not do well with dogs that want to engage with them.

We have multiple bonded pairs here at the shelter who would fit different needs! From kittens to seniors and everything in-between. We bond the animals here that need their friend to build confidence or because they just love each other so much. Having 2 cats can be great because they can give you love and have their friend to keep them company when you are gone. Best of both worlds! If you want to hear more about Peanut and Butter or any of our bonded pairs who need a come visit our website at CThumane.org where you can find additional information on all our available pets. We are still appointment only, So please apply online and remember to have your phones on you so we can reach out and talk to you more about the pet you have applied for.
