1.5 cups of egg whites
1.5 cups of sifted powdered sugar
1 cup of all purpose flour
1.5 teaspoons of cream of tartar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of granulated sugar
1. Flour and sugar in a separate bowl — egg whites in a separate bowl
2. Add cream and vanilla to eggs then mix until soft peaks appear
3. Add in granulated sugar until it all becomes stiff peaks then fold in the powdered sugar and flour mix.
4. Bake at 350 degrees.
5. Add fruit at the end if you want
