Darling Sukishima is one of EIGHT guinea pigs CT Humane has up for adoption. She is three months old, and very docile. She’s a tricolor girl, with brown as her dominant color, and with a striking white blaze. With proper care, domesticated guinea pigs can live 6-8 years. They make excellent pets for those with quieter homes who may be short on space or time but still want to share their lives with another creature. Because guinea pigs are herbivores, they also make nice companions for vegans and vegetarians. They enjoy being in pairs or herds.
