VOLCANO SIRLOIN

- Coat the bottom of a panor plate with a thin layer of oil

- Place sirloin steak on top

-Season steak with salt (fine seasalt preferably), granulated garlic, oregano and cayenne pepper.

-Flip the steak and repeat seasoning

-Then coat entire steak with cracked peppercorns

-Grill to your liking
